In Memoriam: IES Founding President
Er. Kenneth Gin
Er. Kenneth Gin, PPA(P), PBM, Hon. FIES, our Founding President, passed away peacefully on 15 October 2021. He was 96. His desire to help engineers gain a voice and commitment to creating a home for the engineering community resulted in the formation of IES more than 55 years ago. He was an exemplary role model and his loss will be keenly felt. The President, Council and Secretariat are deeply saddened by this news and express their sincere condolences to his family.
